Industrial Engineer and MA in Applied Economics from Universidad de Chile, MS in Applied Economics from UW-Madison, MBA/MS in Management Science, and PhD (ABD) in Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis. His professional experience spans financial risk management, fixed-income portfolio management, advanced analytics and machine learning on GCP, public policy analysis, energy market research, and data-driven product leadership. He is currently building CargoPacifico, EunacomIA, TrazaGrow, and VotoPublico: production platforms for trade intelligence, medical exam preparation, traceability, legislative transparency, and fintech/govtech/e-commerce flows and automation, built with TypeScript, Next.js, Supabase, Vercel, Python, DuckDB, Stripe, and AI systems. He contributes to open source across research, dashboards, and MCP servers that connect Chilean public data with language models.
